Getting to Vail
Vail is located in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado, just 100 miles west of Denver and just 35 miles east of Eagle.
Driving:
Take I-70, a scenic and direct route into Vail from just about anywhere! Once in Vail, follow the signage to the Main Vail Exit (176), where festival venues, lodging, parking and access to the mountain can be found. East and West Vail can also be easily accessed by exits (180 and 173) just before and after the Main Vail Exit.
Airports:
Vail is easily accessible from Denver International Airport (DIA) or Vail/Eagle County Airport (EGE). DIA is approximately two hours east of Vail via I-70. EGE is just 30 miles west of Vail via I-70.
