Film screenings will start Thursday evening and continue throughout the day and evening Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Screenings take place in Vail and Beaver Creek.

Thursday, April 1

Opening Night Film, 7:30pm, Vail Mountain School
A Shine of Rainbows (Starring Aidan Quinn, Connie Nielsen. Directed by Vic Sarin)
A lonely orphan's life is transformed by an extraordinary woman who teaches him to conquer grief and discover the magic in nature and himself.

Opening Night Party presented by Zacapa Rum, 9:30pm, Vail Plaza Hotel

Filmmaker Reception 4pm – 5:30pm, Stella Artois Cutting Room, Vail Plaza Hotel
Mingle with filmmakers, musicians and festival patrons, and enjoy complimentary Stella Artois beer and Zacapa rum.

Hotel Café Friday Night Concert, presented by Vail Racquet Club, 8:30pm – 10:30pm, Ford Hall, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek
Come relax and listen to live music by amazing singer-songwriters from LA's acclaimed Hotel Café, and enjoy complimentary Stella Artois beer and Zacapa rum.

Saturday, April 3

First Tracks Skiing, 8:00am, Beaver Creek
Ski fresh tracks before the mountain opens to the public.

Come listen to the winning screenplays from our 4th annual screenplay contest.

Awards Ceremony presented by CineBistro, 5pm – 6pm, Vilar Performing Arts Center, Beaver Creek
Tribute awards to actors Zach Braff and Dennis Haysbert. Filmmakers will receive awards in all categories.

Closing Night Film, 8pm, Vilar Performing Arts Center, Beaver Creek

Who decides what is normal? A unique story of love, friendship and a view of the world from different perspectives, Waiting for Forever explores the connections people make in the face of life's changes.

Stella Artois Closing Night Party, 10pm, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek
The festival culminates at Saturday Night's VIP Party. Enjoy complimentary Stella Artois beer and Zacapa rum, as well as an assortment of desserts at the Park Hyatt Hotel. Festive attire.

Sunday, April 4

Last day to catch films. The winners of Best Feature Film, Best Documentary, Audience Award, Best Short Film, Best Student Film and Best Adventure Film will be played.
